Please allow 10-21 business days from the date of purchase for production and shipping. This means I have 10-21 business days to create and ship your item. Business days are Monday-Friday..

Multiple orders will require additional time.

All photos displayed on website of the crystals and stones are for example only. 

Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. 

Each stone is handpicked and wire wrapped in copper. No two stones/crystals or wrapping styles are the same. 

Due to the hand crafted nature of ALL Beautiful Weirdos Merchandise, We will accept an exchange for any defective or damaged item within 5 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

Please email beautifulweirdo8@gmail.com with photos of damage or defect along with your name and order number so I can initiate your exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds.

Beautiful Weirdos is not responsible for any lost packages or items. If your tracking information shows delivered and you have not received your items, you must contact your local United States Postal Service.
